Quip Network (Postquant Labs) asked us to find a Quantum Computing Compiler Engineer for smart contracts to support the development of their next generation quantum enabled blockchain infrastructure. Quip Network (Postquant Labs) is one of our regular clients, and we have filled multiple openings for them even before we started working on this particular one

This role was highly specialised. The engineer needed to design and build compilers capable of translating high level smart contract languages into intermediate representations optimised for execution across quantum subnets and hybrid classical quantum environments

Beyond compiler construction, the role also required contributing to the economic layer of the network ensuring compiled outputs aligned with platform specific constraints and token based incentives

This hire was critical to:
- Enabling efficient execution of smart contracts across heterogeneous compute environments
- Supporting the long term scalability of the Quip Network (Postquant Labs)
- Bridging the gap between quantum computing and decentralised systems
