Our client is seeking a talented Growth Hacker, who has a past/recent commercial background as a full-stack developer. They are looking for someone with strong experience in analytics, AI engine optimization, search engine optimization, content pipelines, and technical marketing to join our team

Your expertise in growth, analytics, SEO/AEO, content creation, and creative marketing will be instrumental in growing the brand and reaching the right audiences

Location: remote
Required Time Zone: flexible
Commitment: full-time
Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000/year + 0.02% - 0.3% stock option + 0.01% - 0.15% token warrant

Skills:
- 3+ years of past commercial experience in full-stack web development
- strong experience in building and optimizing landing pages
- strong experience in full-stack analytics, funnel tracking, and growth experiments
- strong experience in AI engine optimization and search engine optimization
- experience building written, video, audio, or social content pipelines
- ability to generate high-quality content using AI tools and AI workflows
- experience converting technical documents into website, blog, social, or marketing content
- strong understanding of social media growth and channel strategy
- ability to own marketing execution across multiple functions
- creative approach to brand growth and audience acquisition

Will be a bonus:

Responsibilities:
- build, test, and optimize landing pages
- constant interaction with both marketing and tech department
- own analytics, funnel tracking, and growth experiments
- improve visibility through SEO and AI engine optimization
- create and manage content pipelines across written, social, video, or audio formats
- convert technical materials into clear marketing content
- help grow the brand through creative campaigns and channel strategy
- produce content and support media placement, technical writing, and audience growth
- work closely with the team to take over key marketing functions
