Quip Network (Postquant Labs) sought a highly specialized Quantum Infrastructure Developer to support the development of post-quantum security systems and blockchain infrastructure

The ideal candidate needed to possess:
- strong experience with quantum algorithms (QAOA, VQE, QUBO, annealing)
- hands-on exposure to quantum platforms (IBM, D-Wave, Zapata, etc.)
- deep understanding of hybrid quantum-classical systems and NISQ limitations
- ability to translate theoretical models into practical infrastructure and execution pipelines
- familiarity with simulation, benchmarking, and quantum SDKs/APIs
- strong communication skills and ability to work across research and engineering teams
- bonus: exposure to cryptography or blockchain-related applications
